1. What we collect
When you buy tickets: your name, email and what you bought. When you sign up as a vendor, sponsor or show car: your contact info, business name and the answers you give. Payment details go straight to Stripe.
2. How we use it
To deliver your tickets, check you in, review applications, send event updates and answer questions. We may email you about future YoungP Live events; you can opt out anytime.
3. Who we share it with
Stripe (payments) and Supabase (our database host). We don't sell your information. Sponsors don't get your contact details.
4. How long we keep it
Order and sign-up records are kept for tax and accounting purposes, generally up to 7 years.
5. Your choices
Email info@youngp.org to see, correct or delete your information (unless we must keep it for legal or tax reasons).
6. Kids
Young entrepreneurs under 18 may apply for Youngpreneur booths with a parent or guardian's permission. A parent should fill out the form with them.
