Early-bird prices (through January 31, 2027): Adult $15, Child (ages 3–12) $5, Family pass (2 adults + 2 children) $35, VIP $40. From February 1: Adult $20, Child $8, Family $45, VIP $50. On show day: Adult $25, Child $10, Family $55, VIP $60. Ages 2 and under always get in free. Buy tickets

Preferred parking, express entry, reserved viewing and an event shirt. VIP does not include alcohol.

After checkout you get a page with one QR code per ticket, and the link is emailed to you. Show the QR codes at the gate on your phone or printed. Each code works once.

Directions and parking details will be released closer to the event. Preferred parking can be bought in advance while spaces last.

Yes. Early-bird entries (through January 31) are $50 for a car or truck and $40 for a motorcycle, and include the driver's admission. From February 1 they're $65 and $55, and $75 and $65 on show day. Car clubs can register 10 vehicles together for $500 early-bird ($600 after). We review every entry and refund any we can't accept. Register your ride

Power Wheels and other kids' ride-ons get their own lineup and awards. Entry is $25 early-bird, $35 from February 1, and $40 on show day. A parent or guardian registers, signs the guardian waiver and photo release online, and stays with the child. Safety rules will be sent before the event.

Yes, and we need a big crew! Volunteers must be 14 or older; teens need a parent or guardian to sign. Some roles, especially ones working with kids, may require a background check. You'll get a volunteer shirt, and students can get a service-hours letter. Sign up to volunteer

Spring Heat Champion (Hottest Ride Overall), People's Choice, Mini Motors Champion, and Hottest Car, Truck, Motorcycle, Paint, Interior, Wheels, Engine Bay and Sound. Judging details will be published before the event.

Yes: merchandise and service vendors, food trucks, and community nonprofits. Youth-owned businesses (owner 18 or under) vend for free. Every application is reviewed. Apply to vend

Sponsor levels run from $500 to $10,000, and you can also sponsor an award or the free parking. Become a sponsor

Spring Heat is a fundraiser for Youngpreneur Academy, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 93-2657679) that helps kids and teens build businesses. Learn about the mission

No. Tickets, show entries and booths buy admission or space, so they generally aren't deductible. Sponsorships and donations may be partly deductible; ask your tax advisor.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. See the full refund & event policy.

Yes. The event is photographed and filmed throughout, and everyone who attends or takes part agrees to the photo and video release. For kids, we only use first names.

Weather updates will be posted on this site. The full weather plan will be shared closer to the event.

The full event rules (bags, pets, conduct and more) will be posted before the event. No burnouts, racing or unsafe driving; anyone doing so will be removed.
